Classes
Sam is a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher, creating a holistic approach to well-being exercise that encourages movement, stretching and strengthening alongside breath awareness and relaxation to restore balance and calm in our busy lives. She offers inclusive weekly yoga flow classes in Teddington. The classes are open to all levels and abilities, including beginners. In addition to the weekly Thursday class, Sam teaches regularly both yoga and Pilates in local health clubs including the YMCA and the Lensbury.
Beside the group classes Sam works 1-2-1 with clients and private small groups looking for bespoke classes tailored to their specific requirements. These can be offered in person or online.

"Hatha is a classical yoga style from which all yoga practices evolve. My classes are fully inclusive for all levels and abilities. We move slowly with our breath, flowing gently between poses with mindful awareness taking our time to explore and develop in the postures. It is about how the pose feels, not what it looks like, we are all unique. I focus on modern techniques and alignment to aid a safe and accessible class, offering instructions to help you get the most from your practice. I include Pilates exercises to compliment our classes and breathing techniques to encourage mental clarity and install a sense of calm. My aim is to offer a varied and fun class that gives you the opportunity to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the body that leaves you feeling revived and relaxed."

A private class could be the answer!
Private 1-2-1 and small group sessions can be held in your own space at home or Sam can offer space for up to 3 participants. Additionally these sessions can be offered online via zoom. All equipment can be provided, and the session will be created to suit your needs, they can be dynamic and energetic, gentle and calming, whether you are keen to learn specific poses or exercises or need to work on modifications to suit your body, everything about these classes is bespoke for you. Depending on your requirements the classes can be yoga or pilates or a fusion of the disciplines.
1-2-1
A yoga or Pilates class tailor made for you. Ideal for those who want to kick start their yoga practice or begin Pilates, are recovering from injury, have limited mobility or simply need time to themselves.
Small Groups
Host a private yoga or Pilates class at your house or office. You may have a specific areas you want to focus on, for example beginners, cyclists, runners, stressed out & needing some 'me' time.
Lunchtime Classes at Work
A chance to break from the working day, these 45 or 60 minute classes are designed to promote wellbeing, reduce stress and boost energy and productivity levels.
